Poise Coaching - How to walk into a room and own it
How you enter a room, carry yourself and present yourself to the world has a profound effect on how you are seen and how you see yourself.
Many women are still wearing a version of themselves that was created decades ago. Outdated clothing choices, old beauty habits and years of self-doubt can gradually cause us to shrink, becoming a smaller, less confident version of who we truly are.
In this empowering and uplifting session, I will teach you how to stand tall, lift your head, improve your posture and break free from the habits that may be holding you back. Together, we will explore how confidence is communicated through presence, movement, energy and signature style.
You will learn how to enter a room with purpose, walk with greater confidence and authority, and develop a more elegant, assured presence. We may even borrow a few secrets from the catwalk.
This is a joy -filled session designed to help you reconnect with your confidence, embrace your individuality and step into the fullest expression of yourself.
Closing
We end with a gentle stretch to release tension and allow everything you have learnt to settle. You will leave as a renewed version of yourself, ready to make proactive steps to get you closer to your goals.

Rachel created this retreat after years of seeing how many capable, intelligent women struggle to find their own personal style and adjust their mindset to be confident.
Her unique approach blends insight gained over a 35-years career as a Celebrity Stylist with a decade of experience as a mindfulness expert and coach.
She combines practical mindfulness exercises, signature-style processes and non-verbal communication awareness with the psychology of presence to help clients strengthen their focus, resilience and self-belief.
