How to stop overthinking what to wear

Saturday 11th July 2026

Tonbridge, Kent

10am-4pm

A day retreat for women who want to dress with confidence

This is an invitation to stop overthinking what to wear and just relax and learn.

Away from the expectations, the constant doing, and the feeling of needing to keep everything moving.

Instead, you’ll have the space to reflect and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Through a thoughtful mix of mindfulness exercises, guided reflection, body shape and form, and a unique session on colour and presence, this retreat will help you better understand yourself, what you value and how to express your personal style with confidence.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and ready to step into a more self-assured version of yourself.

Is This Day For You?

This retreat may resonate if you:

  • If you constantly struggle to find clothes that fit a new shape

  • Your style no longer feels like you and makes you feel anxious

  • You open your full wardrobe and have nothing to wear

  • Want to feel more confident in how you speak and carry yourself

You don’t need any previous experience with mindfulness or workshops — just curiosity and willingness to learn about yourself.

What You Will Experience

A Warm Welcome

The day begins with a relaxed introduction and time to settle into the space.

You’ll be guided through a simple mindfulness practice supported by gentle aromatherapy and colour therapy, helping you slow down and arrive fully for the day ahead.

Clarifying Your Core Values

Through a guided written exercise, you’ll begin identifying what truly matters to you at this stage of your life.

You’ll then explore how the choices you make regarding presentation affect your well-being and mental strength.

Refining Your Personal Presence

How you carry yourself shapes how others respond to you — and how you feel about yourself.

In this practical session, you’ll explore subtle shifts in posture, clothing structure and body language that can help you communicate more clearly and confidently.

The Body Shape Session

Many women unknowingly either dress to their old body shape or are unaware of their current shape.

This session is NOT about size or judgement it is being specific about your own unique body shape.

You will learn what it is and how to dress to it, to enhance your best features and diminish ones you are not fond of.

In this engaging and light-hearted session, without criticism or judgement, we will identify what works for you and what does not.

Closing

We will close the day with a gentle stretch to release tension and allow everything you’ve learned to settle.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and standing a little taller.

Why This Day Matters

Many women spend hours stressing about what to wear, responding to the pressure of social media and expectations of others.

Learning how to style your own unique shape isn’t about being over vain — it’s about understanding yourself well enough to make choices that support your wellbeing.

When you become clearer about what matters to you, everything begins to shift.

Your confidence grows.

Your relationships improve.

Life begins to feel less reactive and more intentional.

This day is about helping you move from feeling stuck in life to shaping it on your own terms.
