Set Your Boundaries Day Retreat

Saturday 25th April 2026

Tonbridge, Kent

10am-3pm

A day retreat for women who want to speak up with clarity and confidence.

This is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life.

Away from the expectations, the constant doing, and the feeling of needing to keep everything moving.

Instead, you’ll have the space to reflect and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Through a thoughtful mix of mindfulness exercises, guided reflection, body language insight, and a unique session on colour and presence, this retreat will help you better understand yourself, what you value and how to express your boundaries with confidence.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and ready to step into a more self-assured version of yourself.

Is This Day For You?

This retreat may resonate if you:

  • Often say yes when you really mean no

  • Find it difficult to express your needs clearly

  • Feel pulled in different directions by work, family or expectations

  • Want to feel more confident in how you speak and carry yourself

You don’t need any previous experience with mindfulness or workshops — just curiosity and willingness to learn about yourself.

What You Will Experience

A Warm Welcome

The day begins with a relaxed introduction and time to settle into the space.

You’ll be guided through a simple mindfulness practice supported by gentle aromatherapy and colour therapy, helping you slow down and arrive fully for the day ahead.

Clarifying Your Core Values

Through a guided written exercise, you’ll begin identifying what truly matters to you at this stage of your life.

You’ll then explore how the choices we make — particularly our yes and no — affect our wellbeing and mental strength.

Refining Your Personal Presence

How you carry yourself shapes how others respond to you — and how you feel about yourself.

In this practical session, you’ll explore subtle shifts in posture, voice and body language that can help you communicate more clearly and confidently.

Lunch

The Colour Session

Many women unknowingly wear colours that dull their complexion or weaken the impression they make.

The colours worn close to your face can either drain or illuminate your features — and they can also influence how confident and energised you feel.

In this engaging and light-hearted session, you’ll learn how colour can enhance your presence and begin identifying the tones that suit you best.

You’re welcome to bring a favourite blouse or top along with you if you’d like to include it in the session.

Closing

We’ll close the day with a gentle stretch to release tension and allow everything you’ve learned to settle.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and standing a little taller.

Why This Day Matters

Many women spend years responding to the needs and expectations of others.

Learning how to set boundaries isn’t about being difficult — it’s about understanding yourself well enough to make choices that support your wellbeing.

When you become clearer about what matters to you, everything begins to shift.

Your confidence grows.

Your relationships improve.

And life begins to feel less reactive, and more intentional.

This day is about helping you move from feeling stuck in life to shaping it on your own terms.
